At quest Dplimacy training : Learning statements - 7565
After winning the interview, i ve leave the discussion (to move the interface cards position), i have the sound that the "combat diplomacy" could be lost, but i can't redo the fight" , the npc don't have any option for diplomacy (about Cards)

Player is getting the cooldown for ending the parley before it was finished. As a note, quest parleys should not have a cooldown.
