You don't need multiple folders for Vanguard. When you run the launcher, there's a dropdown at the top next to the account name where you can pick which account to use. Could not duplicate. Tested with two toons. Both cases the questline advanced to the next quest properly.

Fixed.
I was using that to test having the mob randomly wander and also move to the pen on trigger, but they don't work together. I forgot to reset it back to a working condition.

Symbiotes were put together using the crafting's Assembly system, which could be done anywhere. I think all that's needed is 1 Vial of Blood and 1 or more organs from Grim Harvest for whichever symbiote you wanted. I think some needed two organs to make, but would need to check the assembly recipes....

Don't just remove parameters from abilities, the code still runs and is expecting parameters which are now empty (nil). Next time please disable in the code instead. I updated the script so it tells the player it's not yet implemented.

Grim Harvest would always cast in Live, so no checks should be done in precast if we want to match that. Also, I'm fairly sure you can't use variables like that with debuffType. Scripts are global and called when needed, so that variable would be the same for everyone casting Grim Harvest. Finally, ...

If they haven't used any abilities, then it's most likely someone else since errors are global.
