I did a pretty major loot system overhaul and this should no longer be an issue (in the next build).

I did a pretty major overhaul to this system (again). It is back to storing the loot only on the corpse, and I use various flags and variables to track who has an open loot window to the mob. Taking another look at this now. The loot bug about being able to loot items multiple times from a corpse arises from making a copy of the loot from the character's perspective. I will be adjusting this to move it more in line with this discussion.

Added to the list. When I get back to work I'm hitting items and loot again to hopefully get over the hump. There's nothing like having a lot of little things that just don't work as expected to hold things up.

We need to stop posting item bug reports. This is a known issue with items when you delete them. This only happens from the default bag. Items are in a state of flux right now and that is not going to change until I figure out this nasty little bug.

It would be a lot easier if we just had access to the original team's documents! I've actually worked on many systems and this quest setup is by far the most confusing mess I've seen. It was a minor miracle just to get it going, so I know there are a lot of things still out there to figure out. But ...
