There is no information about this quest. I added the kill objectives, so, the quest still cannot be done (because they are special spawns), but this should prevent it from spontaneously completing.

It could be handled different ways, however, Vanguard was patched so that even on a miss, dodge/parry/block can be triggered.

That's true. No class has all three of dodge/block/parry. Dodge is more or less equivalent to evasion because I don't believe it triggers reactions. Not positive about that. If they are the same thing, I would note that classes with no dodge are clerics and tanks. And the simply adjust the level dep...

I'm not sure it relates to the player leaving combat. Example, monk feigns death. If the mob turns to another character, the monk debuffs would stick, but if the mob leaves combat and resets the debuff would drop.

As far as I know offhand, AC in Vanguard has nothing to do with hit chances, it only gives mitigation, based from the Defense skill. Along with the level, there should probably be a "dot difficulty". So--typically--I have maxed my weapon skill for my level and let's say I got a piece of cr...

I found an APW guide from a dev called Avarem that might have some useful bits.
