I am changing our respawn timers back to 1 minute. While it's great to kill/respawn instantly, it's not working with the reloading process.

Good news, you're off the hook. It was, as we say in highly technical terms, a "server burp". My exact steps retraced, there was no boot this time. Those number of diplomacy's are 20s apart. First one was Guard Antonir. Naturally, I paste 1/2 the log, and what you need is in the other half, right? So there's the whole log, from my login (Load World Time) to when I hailed Guard Antonir and took his quest (3222) and immediately went up the hill to High Inquisitor Velman, hailed him and was at Char Select.
