That is interesting because I thought that I went through logs to find when the points started going up and I thought that I found level 10. It have been a long time though so I could be wrong about that.

This is very helpful! Currently all class points behave like druid points as those are the only ones I knew how they worked. I don't think that the druid points were on a 2 minute regen. The text that I've seen specify a full regen over time based on your level. That is why in the code you will see ...

Arachnadon was also specifically a melee mob and casters weren't meant to do much damage. I believe that they did that by giving it very high resistance or spell mit. It looks like you are looking at pota stuff though, I would be surprised if a toon in there would be missing much as they would have high accuracy. I think it was more the skill levels. I would set it up like this, max skill = 95% base chance to hit an equal level target (actually the tooltips say that is exactly what it is). There is a lot tied to resists that I haven't added stats for yet. If you check the resist tooltip you will see total and partial resist stats as well as spell and melee mit stats. I have seen the code that calculates these values, but I haven't created equations or setup the dependencies yet.
