I found my old copy of vanguard yesterday, installed, updated and played just fine all night and day then I tried to launch the game and it crashed to the desktop three times. I removed the bin folder and re-updated the files and it worked again but when it loaded I've lost all four of my characters. I just spent money on market coins too! (or whatever they're called) Is there something I can do to fix it? Earlier today I deleted two characters i made as tests, a dark elf and a kitty cat. But I didn't touch my other characters, I planned on keeping them and upgrading to gold when the site came out of maintenance mode. (And I thought characters were stored on the server, how could it have deleted my characters?) #130611-000619
If you have not installed Vanguard by using their latest installer, you should do that: 1. Overwrite your LaunchPad with the one from here. When asked, point it to your existing Vanguard installation. 2. Then, validate your game assets as shown below. I presume you this your ticket number. A customer service representative should indeed be able to help you out with the rest.
