Thanks. I'll do that. It's the same install from launch day several years ago. I kind of forgot how long VG has been on my PC.
Falling through world seems odd to me. I have played more or less from launch and I rarely ever just fall through the world. The only time this ever happens to me is if I fly drunk into/up a mount on my flying mount. This will occasionally cause me to start falling through world, but then a simple /dismount will pop me out back in the world. I'm never just strolling along a path and poof under the world which is the impression I get when people say they fall through the world.
I've always found it pretty easy to pop myself through the world when it comes to water. Swimming against the river bed and coming up along the gradient seems to have a pretty high chance of slipping you through the ground and into nothing-space.
Neamsong Bunker stairs need some tuning. Stairs in the tunnel work, but I have problems with stairs just inside the bunkers.
The ladders in Ahgram that go to the rooftops for the diplomacy questline are horrible. It is funny that some ladders work so well--for example the ladders on the Khal docks that allow you to get out of the water work like a champ--and others are terrible. Whatever is used on the Khal docks needs to be applied to the ladders in Ahgram.
Villa Ghelgad stairs going down to tent where you kill second named are horrible. I had to jump to railing and run there before I got back up after going down.
All sort of places you get hung up running in the Aelon Lohr camp in Leth Nurae. To numeroud to mention locations, but if you run through there you will see what I mean. Many times it is by tries root systems where it seems the roots invisibly extend farther than the drawn geometry, but also even on the road or in grassy areas where no trees are you have the same issues.
I would second the ladders in Ahgram ... getting up the ladder for the Banisher quest is tough, usually have to mount up and hope speed gets me up. Also the lighthouse in thestra with the quest from charbrook to light the beacon can be tricky.
Several stairs in Nusibe Necropolis need tuning. Yesterday we did a trip to Nusibe for ToT Templar level quest and had problems with stairs starting straight from the beginning. I suggest checking all stairs there as we hit several problematic ones on our way. It is like suddenly one step is somehow too high for you and you have to pass it by jumping over it.
I know it's not falling through the world but, group mates & I had a crazy glitch in NT Griffon yard last night, started to think Chath gave out some magic mushrooms It was a near 360 of this view while trying to turn in the kill.
What'd you do Iso!? That same type of glitche happens all the time flying over Ahgram, and also the tunnel leading to the 3 dot workers in Graystone. It's usually at a certain angle and spot, and I always figured it was left over one sided polygons that never got found.
! but but I didn't do it!! LOL yea, def made me raise my eyebrow, kept glitching till I flew out of the Griffon Yard.
