General Fixed an issue where debuff icons would persist until retargeting an NPC. Fixed an issue where some abilities were doing significantly less damage then they were supposed to. Fixed a bug where harvesting would fail on the first attempt. Fixed bug where your diplomacy opponent's expression would not update on the correct turn. Abilities Fixed an issue where the damage shield of Talisman of the Grove line was healing instead of doing damage.
To elaborate, if you untarget and re-target a mob it doesn't know anything on the mob only stuff added after re-targeting, anything previously showing up is wiped out (despite still being on the mob).
I just retested the Druid buff and killed an NPC with Tailisman of the Grove alone so you'll need to say. Have had the following abilities all have their icons fade after they wear off when they are supposed to. Binding Roots, Deadly Swarm, Ensnare, Piercing Roots, Rampant Roots, Solar Flare, Venomous Thorns and Wild Growth.
Major bug. Brotherhoods are not working right. When you log back in game you are the only one in your brotherhood. The leader of the brotherhood is the only one with the command buttons, the others only have the leave brotherhood button. Have to remember to rejoin each time you log in game.
Wolf shammy group buff "Boon of Rakur V" doesnt give proc chance anymore since last patch! Mass version does give the proc chance!
The Ranger buff "Favor of the Swift III" damage shield component is still healing the enemies instead.
I'm still having to un-equip and re-equip my Necromancer pet grafts when I log into my character, to get them to appear on the pet hot-bar and work. Dismissing and re-summoning pet doesn't fix the issue.
My Scaling Favor of the Swift ranger buff and the SOW effect from equipping journey boots are dropping off each time I log off. This just started happening today as it had been working properly. I have other characters who also use journey boots for the SOW buff and it is not dropping off on those toons nor are their self buffs.
The buff from the Crafter's Satchel of Greater Knowledge is not showing on my buff bar like it did before. Doesn't seem to be giving the 20% bonus either. The Adventurer's Pack of Greater Knowledge is showing the buff.
I just purchased a Tome of Might of the Grave from the Global Exchange, but I receive the message: "You can't learn that ability because you are the wrong class." Problem is, I'm a 52 Necromancer. Is this another issue resulting from BBO or something else?
Yes, all the dropped spells that are buffs show this message and is a result of the new BBO system, so they're basically vendor trash now.
Seriously? Hopefully I can at least petition this to get my gold back. If I had known, I wouldn't have bothered. Still new to the game.
Seems like any diplo prestige over 1000 is disappearing when I log off. It is also having display problems when you go over 1000. Every time you win a parley that gives you prestige, the chat window shows the negative value of the total you have made over the 1000 as the gain from that one parley.
This isn't anything new from the recent updates, but has been around a long time. The only fix I could foresee coming to this would be having prestige cap at 1000 and getting 0 prestige from parleys at cap. I prefer the current design where you can at least burn the excess prestige before logging out if you wanted.
More diplo prestige issues...I had 1240 NT prestige and turned in for a house coin and it went from 1240 to 800 instead of 1040 like it should have since a house coin should cost 200. I have screenshots if you need them.
