Curious if anyone has run into this: a friend and I are crashing to desktop randomly while playing on two identical Dell desktops. Roughly half of the time the game will crash on both computers at the same time, though sometimes offset by a minute or so. I've tried toggling every setting, changing compatibility modes, even turning off antivirus software temporarily with no improvement. Just to add, I've also tried reinstalling DirectX 9.0C and validating game assets but both appeared to be good.
Unfortunately your current Intel graphics device may not work with Vanguard as our current system requirements look for a NVidia GeForce 7800/ ATI Radeon X800 Pro or better. For best results, please update Windows XP to Service Pack 3 and try accessing the game once again.
Actually running Windows 7 (64Bit) with all the latest updates. Guess I'll dig around for a decent slim video card to test. Thank you for responding!
