Just wanted to let everyone know, the end of Vanguard isn't stopping quite a few of us from getting into the game. In fact, i am hearing in chat that more players are joining to either A. Experience the game before it gets shut down or B. Return to either relive the game or do things they never got to before it closes. I made a video on my channel to try and bring in old EQOA and EQ1 players. So far we have 6 people and we just enjoyed our first day in game. The guild is called (Till the end) I think it's a shame our time is limited because i really enjoy the gam! I played until about lvl 8 before it went F2P and i wish i never stopped! I've been running around and just exploring the world and i haven't done that in SO long in a mmorpg! I haven't been able to recapture the feeling of adventure, exploration, danger and sense of community in a game since EQOA shut down, but that's just what i'm getting here! Welcome aboard Surefall! There's no doubt you can find, " the feeling of adventure, exploration, danger and sense of community" you are looking for in Vanguard even if we are a sinking ship. Allow me to point out that the 'O' key will bring up the "social" page and you can use the LFG function there to help find some folks, although it has been under-used all along. Also there are chat channels /chat & /help that are useful even if there are not the numbers of folks there once where. And lastly the LFG channel is world wide where as the regional channels (Qalia, Thestra, Kojoni) are regional; only. Maybe some other folks will add more but I'm sure you and your guild are off to a great start. Good Luck!And again, Welcome aboard!
