Hello, Returning player trying to install the game on a new comp (Windows 8) and getting the following error with the Launchpad: "LaunchPad was unable to connect. Please check the network connection or try again later. If the problem persists, please visit http://www.soe.com/help for assistance.(1-0" Done some searching on the forums and tried several of the fixes (deleting the cache file, making sure there is a firewall exception, updating the advanced Internet Options selections) and nothing seems to work.
