    Months after that and constant farming, it finally drop again for me! it was a very happy night indeed but I think due to the Chickens having such big loot tables, it makes it feel as if there is something wrong or makes it seem like it is not going to drop, I wish there was a trick I could share with you Jak but it's just patience and farming them until you get lucky on the drop :(
  2. I really feel like they should make the chickens either drop 4 things at once, or make it an 18 man raid so stuff is less likely to rot. It's a boring fight, doesn't require much strategy. For most of the fight, I sit there and do nothing anyway. I've gotten up and made dinner with my toon on auto attack in the past (And I was tanking). It's just so infuriating when you kill the chicken at least 3 times a week, never to see what you need drop - and the real kick in the nuts - everything it does drop rots anyway because the other people in the raid _already have it_.
  3. Ya would be nice to have more ranged options available to rogues like throwing daggers similar to the shurikens disc and monks can get would be nice. Currently your limited to the arbalest of magic as a end game bow cause nothing comes even close to it stat wise. I just recently aquired a Sealed bow from viraks and its fully augged out so I use that instead since it gives me more stats that I have not already capped out on. But that is the only viable option that I can think of for end game rogues as there ranged slot other then the arbalest of magic.
  4. end game bow/xbow options are very limited for all classes actually. Sad that non rangers actually get more choices for a ranged weapon. Remember, if we want to use both of our epics, it has to be in one of the 2 chicken loots atm, and it takes a while to get the bow. KDQ Bow? uh huh.

    Only one charge? Could be changed to once per 24 hours maybe? Rare drop from Imperial Devastator War Golem. Too bad you use once and get on your mount and it is gone for good. So much for "will leave if you die or camp". Please look into this.

    i really wish they would take some time and rework this encounter to make it interesting and fun, after all it is a mob that people need to get 3-6 drops off of! opening the encounter up might make burning through the runes a bit less boring and make for less rotting loot, but it would just aleviate the symptoms of the problems with the encounter instead of addressing them directly. sadly i don't think there is enough development time for this to be fixed, short of opening up the encounter and fixing the exploits. so until they start adding new mobs/items us light fighters (except for monks) get stuck fighting over the arbalist and letting the guild clown entertains us to keep us from gouging our eyes out during the encounter. but hey at least chickens drop more useful things than talfyn who is another boring 12 man encounter.
  8. Well maybe they should make it like the Heg encounter. Look a paradox crystal dropped. Here, go trade that in for the stupid Arbelest so you NEVER HAVE TO DO THIS CRAP EVER AGAIN. (Seriously spending a year to get two drops is driving me nuts.)
  9. [Rogue] POTA 5 piece armor buff has a problem. 5% chance to make Shadowblade + Kidney Puncture to hit twice. This is a problem because:
    1. If we ever get lvl boost 55-60 for example, and upgrades for these skills, the buff becomes obsolete.
    2. If we ever get superior versions of these, the item buff will become obsolete.

    You need to change it somehow, make the 5% proc to all Backstabs, and versions, and future upgrades of abilities
    Make that 5% proc to Impale/shadowblade and all versions of it, and future upgrades aswell..
    Furthermore remove the PET proc from Pota 5 piece set. They give us something like 200 extra DPS.. Give us a Equipped effect or buff or whatever that amounts to about 200-300 DPS. We don't really want a pet.. they su.ck and die too easily..

    I did kind of like our epic form but that's gone now, so please take the shadow assassins too, they are pretty useless, a 200-300 proc or added dps to our working abilities would be much more preferred :)
  11. Would be nice to have augs that increase proc chance. A few pieces of gear have it, however there are no augs with it.
    Add soul slot to bows from IOG.
    I'd also love the option to turn off epic weapon graphics similar to how we have to option to hide cloak and helm.
  12. Are there any , raid level Neck slot items for Melee classes? only one outside of apw i can think of came from nerksawl....
    I know theres plenty for healers and tanks not the case for melee
  13. Rogue throwing daggers: Right now the best in game for us are the level 30ish daggers from CW. Would like to have some kind of raidy upgrade to that, like the monks/discs get the emerald leaf ones from APW. The daggers need to have stats on them as well, to make up for the stats and slots of the Arbelest from Ataraxis. That could be added to the Teraxes rogue-only pouch (Why not make the rogue pouch from Teraxes give said daggers?)
    Rogue Scrolls: Not including Waterbreathing, Lev, or Evac here. The other three, Cat, Wolf and Bear, it would be nice if there was a level 55 'all in one' here to save us a little money and space. It would also be nice if these stacked over other buffs so we could use them in raids.
    Rogue poisons: Right now for a rogue to make use of all their poison-based abilities, you're spending about several gold per raid night. This is a ridiculous amount of money to pay just to play your class. In addition, we don't really get much for paying for it. So it's not a matter of weighing the costs vs the performance here. It's simply _not_ worth paying a few gold an hour for an extra 30DPS or so. The poisons are practically useless as they are, not really adding DPS and proc so often you have to have several stacks.
    When you PP The 'advanced' poisons, they too are absolutely useless because you can go through your hard earned random stack of 7 in less than two minutes of fighting. Advanced should not require a poison to proc, that should be a set 1hr buff that procs without consuming the others.
    Suggestion: Make the prices lower on the poisons and such, or make them more effective. Right now they cost too much and do too little.
    Pickpocketing: Since a rogue can spend 1.25g per hour raiding using all their poisons, it would be nice if trash pickpocket loot (Such as liqour and teeth) could have their value adjusted, and make them *stack*. 4 silver for a tooth off a pota xerlkin is a little ridiculous in the face of the prices we have to pay just to play our class.

    I agree Jak, I think we have forgotten about the other "utilities" due to our abilities being so broken, hopefully the Dev's will continue class balance as well but I would like to see the changes you listed if possible.
  15. It may be too late or it may have already been mentioned but I am goig to bring it up anways. I would like the devs to take a look at the 3 arbalests from Pantheon of the Ancients. Currently there are 3 "arbalests" in there that are dropping from various names. There also seems to be 3 versions of this Arbalest. Tier 1, tier 2 and tier 3.

    Was wondering why the tier 1 and tier 2 versions of the arbalest are only tagged Ranger/Warrior while the teir 3 version is tagged as Bard, Ranger, Paladin, Dread Knight, Rogue and Warrior. It seems out of line that the t1 and t2 versions would not also have these tags. I am asking this because as a bard there are very few drops that we could use to fill our Ranged Slot (Arbalest of Magic and Iceborn?) that are worth anything. If Bard/Rogues could be added to the other versions of this arbalest I think it could greatly help out some of the other Rogue's and Bard's in game.
