First off: Can you do more than one of the Diplomacy Web Quests? I did the Thestra Web, and got the combination outfit. Would I be able to complete the Qalian Web Quests? If the answer is 'No', then the rest of my post is irrelevant; please post the 'No' answer so I can move on. If the answer is 'Yes', uh-oh. Please read the following, & give me advice if you can. I completed the Thestra Web series. Then I was in Khal and saw that I could get this Diplo quest that offered what looked like one of the same items I got in my Thestra Web, only for different Presence boosts, boosts that I was lacking. OH YES! I MUST HAVE! So I picked up what would be one of the first Qalian Web Quests: 'Joyful Tidings?' and ran through that branch to the end. I did NOT get a 'Return to' or 'Go to' quest sending me back to my original quest giver, nor did I get sent to the next branch, so I looked up the list at The Telon Project website and went through all the quests anyway. Sort of. I seem to have missed one - 'Upside Influences' from Egata Reburleby at Mekalia. She ONLY offered me the SECOND one she gives, 'Following Mosui', completely skipping her first. But I know that Mekalia got changed a some point so I thought perhaps the quest got shuffled around, and went ahead and finished the entire series. But I never got all the items the entire series gives you: the full suit. I'm missing an earring, which would have come from 'Upside Influences.' The Telon Project website mentions that even if you DON'T have the full suit, you should still get the quest 'A Finer Suit', however, and yet I never got it and can find no one willing to give it to me. And since I never got the over-arching 'Go to this place, then this place' quests, I never got the 'Go back to your original quest giver', which wraps up the entire Web. So I have 23 pieces of gear in my bags at the moment, and nothing I can do with them. I wanted to check here if it would be worth petitioning and seeing if I can get the one piece I'm missing, if that would even help, since it seems I can't get 'A Finer Suit' to combine them. So maybe I should petition to have my pieces turned into a complete suit? I don't know. Advice, please?
I have same issue... Seeing as mekala is having issues.. Not sure if you can finish. I have all but the 1 earring also.
It looks like the quest was accidentally removed from Egata's quest table. I've re-added it, and it should be available again in a future game update. Sorry for the trouble there in the meantime.

Once you complete "Upside Influences", you should be good to go for "A Finer Suit" (the Qalian meta diplo quest). I doublechecked on our internal servers
I have now completed 'Upside Influences', but I can find no one who will give me the quest 'A Finer Suit'. The Telon Project lists the quest givers as Sultan Omid Mahdavi-Kia, Hafeez al'Azzimat, and/or Cultleader Mika, but none of them offer it to me. I even checked Mina Zeya, the NPC I picked up the very first quest I did in this series from. I'm afraid I'm going to need help again.
