Ra'Jin Flare bug

    I'm confused, the tooltip for Ra'Jin Flare says "Channels flare into your Shuriken, dealing 300% damage plus 700"
    My normal ranged attack does 500-600 damage, however this Ra'Jin only does 500-900. Unless you use it directly after Cyclone Kick, in which case it was doing 50-70 damage.
    Be awesome if the dev's could take a look at this bug if they're doing that sort of thing. Or someone who knows more about the game could explain it to me.

    Ra'Jin Flare 1 and 2 are bugged.
    It will do the proper amount of damage when you get Ra'Jin Flare 3 (lvl 46)
