On the page where you select your character, there is one I cannot log on to, it's my main, Tristanya. Not having a problem with my other toons, just this one. Please help. The Support Ticket page will not take my ticket because it says I must choose a catgegory under "Game Issues" -- BUT, there are NO OPTIONS or categories under "Game Issues"! Can someone please help. Thanks
