If you look up classes on the official page you still see the Inquistor, but is it greyed out. It has been there since launch. Is there any news on if this class is going to make it into the game. It always sounded like a cool class to play. Thanks
There will be no new classes. And honestly, given the current lack of tank balance, I shudder to think what they'd do with a whole new class.
The Inquisitor was originally to be a tank with Psionicist-like magic, similar to the Dread Knight who has some Necromancer-like magic. I remember hearing that devs were having a hard time balancing it, way back when Brad McQuaid was still around. Question: Was the Inquisitor actually played by players in any Beta/testing? I was around then, on the Sigil forums, but was not one of those who got the coveted invitation to test. Would love to hear any information at all from anyone who actually got to play this class, if anyone did.
