Abilities Recall, Recall to Guild and Recall to House are now on separate cooldowns Items All Lockbox and Marketplace mounts now have the same runspeed and flying speed. General Store Bought and Lockbox obtained mounts can now be upgraded to 320 runspeed by use of an augment bought from Ini-herat the Attendant. This will only be sold to those who already have a 320 flying speed mount. Edited for clarification
recall and recall to house were already on different timers... and does the ini-herat item require you to already own a faster mount, or has everyone been given access to faster mounts without doing griffon or pota sisters quests?
Scarab skins now back again. Karax lights fixed? Pendant of Tempest still the same Tharridon speed fixed? If having problems replicating it - why don't you hold onto live server for another hour when patching and replicate it there.
Patch notes have been updated to reflect the fact that you must have already earned a 320 mount speed.
Runspeed will not be fixed. The issue can not be fixed until we get the performance updates out which the code team and support teams are currently working on.

Our code team is working with other teams to do everything they can to get it out. We are hoping to have Test ready in the very near future but until we get it up it is impossible for us to give an ETA.
Serious question, what confidence interval do you have that this fix will work? I mean we didn't have the high frequency of the zero run speed bug until you messed w/ run speed stacking, and now you're telling us its performance based. I just don't see the connection. It's like you're blindly poking at the code and hoping to scare the bugs away.
It is not performance related at all it is a code bug and already fixed and tested internally. We can not currently patch code because of all the performance upgrades in the pipeline it makes it impossible for one thing to go live without the other. None of the patches recently have had anything but art and design because we aren't patching code as code is bottle necked with the performance update.
The wierd part about Tharridon is the % based punts don't result in the zero speed bug. Just the bellow based ones.
The one you get from killing dresla after killing Kotasoth... I know it's not a lockbox or SC mount but it looks better than the griffon or the PotA mount... it would have been great if you had added a +15 speed just for that mount as a temporary measure until you are ready to add appearance to flying mounts.
So you have to be pota keyed to get the aug - what about chars not keyed and have these mounts? Or are we talking about the pota mounts only?
My poor "Venerable Purple Wyvern" has been missing out on fast flying since day one. It was thought long ago that it's flight speed was lower because it was the only insta cast flying mount. Then that was taken from her so she is now sub-par. It's sad that the best looking mount in game is now the worst! Not to mention that it is the only raid reward mount (that I can currently think of anyway). BTW, there is also a Red, Black, Green, and Shimmer version of the wyvern.
