The Qalian Resilience buff from the Lorestone doesn't seem to be working correctly. It should take your mitigation to 70% (at least the way I understand it) but I am only going from 65.01 to 65.04 melee mit. Doesn't seem like 5% to me, It seems to be more like .05 percent.
