I bought some Station Cash using game time cards, and i cant spend it on anything! Codes are redeemed without any problems and it says that i have station cash but i cant click on button confirm purchase cause it's grayed out... Cant contact support either cause i already have a ticket open about some other issue i am having. I could use some help here please.
Ok i managed to contact Customer Support and they told me that it looks like something is ''broken'' but they cant figure out what. They sent an internal ticket. Could it be something on your side?

Didnt want to open new thread so i will ask here. My sub was supposed to end on Nov. 21st but i added 1 more month today with game time card, hoever when checking my membership status on account page it says sub ends on Nov. 21st not Dec. 21st. Is this working as intended, and the game time card i used is pending, or should it have been updated?
