I have a balance of over 6000 SC when I log into the web site, but when I'm in game and I bring up the marketplace my station cash balance says N/A and I can't buy anything. Is there a way to fix this, or do I need to petition?
Well, I hit the marketplace window and now my balance shows up, so ignore this I guess. It did show N/A for quite awhile though, so not sure if something happened to fix it or what...
This was due to a bit of a bug we ran into yesterday, but all should be well now. Please let us know if you see any more of these issues.
Well, it is still broken. I just tried to buy some keys, but all the times ended in one of the following ways: 1. Confirm button stayed grey and finally only cancel became active 2. SC balance was showing as 0 (incorrect info), so buying was not possible 3. Confirm activated, but nothing happened.
yep... today i had 20Points left.... bought 500 points.... relog out and in.. and now it shows 0 !!! Cannot buy nor anything... Please fix it ...
Had 5800 myself. Showed them earlier and just 30 minutes ago it said 0 and after logout and login now says N/A.
