Grinding my faction up with Sartholas in POTA for the last months, I have to say he's now a cheater, unfolding "Decree of the gods" (the +5/-10 card) every other turn, while it should be on a 8-12 refresh. He's unbeatable. ("legacy of the ancients" parley)
It's not just Sartholas--it is happening in all parleys, even lowbie ones. It seems NPCs no longer have any refresh on their cards and can play them every turn. Really need this fixed....
Yeah most parleys are too hard to beat but PotA god parleys are impossible with them using their killer cards every 2nd or 3rd turn. Silius has said he hasn't found the problem with it yet but it focusing more on the server stability and performance as a priority, then hopefully a fix will come for our Diplo. This Is wasting 600 faction per day we are missing out on, so I hope it can be fixed sooner rather than later.

Ya I am just getting into my T3 gear and I cant even get my 600 a day. Please correct this and fix the 600 per day that we can't do it.

hopefully its fixed soon but in the meanwhile people should kill the pota npcs that scattered around telon
