Trying to change my affinity to preservation. Wiki's tell me to find an NPC named Hana Pho in Tanvu but not able to find it. Has changing affinity mechanic been changed?

hmmm lets see, my wife was playing a cleric for a while and we had trouble finding this NPC also. IIRC was inside the building with the trainers but, to be honest not sure I'm being any help here. Maybe someone will add to this post today. Sorry .
I read that you have to to your trainer that gave you the affinity first and remove the affinity then go to the trainer for the affinity you want. Can anyone confirm?
I did this on my Cleric today. Went from War to preservation. Go to Hathor Zhi trainor to surrender your affinity then to the Tanvu Cleric trainer to learn the new one. Took 20 mins. Send me a tell in game ( Scharp / Pyte ) if you have any questions.
