   I logged in for the first time in a few years and it says I have items to claim.
   
   I typed /claim but nothing happened.
   
   Am I doing something wrong?

   you now have to click on the SC shop (gold bag) icon near the bottom right of your screen. You will receive a pop up window. Along the bottom of the window right of the center is a green Item Claim button
