  1. Bard:
    - Voice mod mask other stats are underwhelming/bad- with mask of mages having bad stats compared to similar difficulty to obtain mask and beside that has a completely useless sta in damage rating- which is far over cap for all bards that get this item- Better change that to crit damage rating to be usefull and contemplate adding some more stats
    - lack of raid dropped instruments with meaningfull stats/improvements in mods - esp with current epic ther eis a need for upgraded wind instument but could do with upgrades on others as well
    epic bard off hand illusion (brownie) plz fix it to make it less annoying/impacting like being able to click off illusion part of the epic without losing all stats on it

I've noticed a lack of cloaks,rings, and earrings with [Gem] slots for light fighters... the few that I've seen that aren't on the higher tier raid mobs are mostly general when it comes to class. It would be nice to see a Gem slot added to Belzane's earring, and a few other Magi Hold raid mob drops(Sorcerer's Cloak even... so I wouldn't have to use the chicken cloak). This is my 2 cents, but it seems that casters get a Gem slot on most of their jewelry from mid tier raid mobs, while the light fighters have to wait to kill the top tier.
    I think runes have been touched on a bit... their drop rates have inflated the market value. When we had a higher population the runes were 'ok' priced. Once the spell combines were made to drop from every mob it seemed that the drop rate decreased... the population has fallen since then so there are less runes making their way into the market... most of those runes are gotten through kiting or sitting in Shimmering Shallows killing elementals. I would really like to see the drop rate on runes tweaked to make them more affordable. A year ago people were selling Rage Reflection and Efficiency runes for around 20 plat, but now they are up to 80-100 plat. That's a 400-500% increase... and it seems that the only way to make the money now is to farm those item types yourself or use Livegamer.
    The Devs need to look at the 'red' items that are supposed to drop from KDQ mobs and crates. I believe that caster cloaks and light fighter cloaks haven't been dropping in over a year... when we know that healer and tank cloaks have been. The ranged weapon recipe or drop from crates is still a myth...
  4. Misshapen Band - Drops off Replican Memati (rare spawn in pota vault). According the the description: "The power of Memati pulses within this ring imbuing the wearer with his power. This power increases the movement speed of the wearer, adds 75 to 125 damage to each attack and has a chance to deal an additional attack that does 150% weapon damage to the target."
    Investigate the movement speed. Either it does not stack with any other movement speed, or it's simply not working.
    Investigate the 150% weapon damage chance. Calculating 150% weapon damage with my weapon damage does not yield the proper numbers.
    Investigate a method to have the additional 75 to 150 damage show up in a parentheses or listed seperately, like strikethrough.
    Investigate why there is no equipped effect (buff that shows in buff bar)

    In short, people would stop wondering what's up with this ring if the buff showed up so they would know if the speed stacked, the damage worked, and the multiplier on the strike chance was shown. Either update the description to match the current mechanics, or the mechanics to match the description and show us via a buff in our buff window like all our other equipped effect items. Thanks!

The proc however deals flat dmg based on the % of weapon dmg it says. In this its 1500, if it were 200% it would be 2000 dmg. This is a bothersome annoyance with many items in the game including the monk main hand epic. I wish this issue would get some attention if it would be possible to fix.
  6. Would like to see the faction component returned to the rogue/bard illusion masks Gnome Skin Mask, Mask of the Feral Warrior, Mordebi Hide Mask etc.
    Would love to see Raki / Dark Elf mask make it into the game at some stage aswell, i guess the Dark Elf mask would suit Stiirhad.
    Rogue Ranged items - I hate wearing a bow or xbow as a ranged item. I dont know if it would be possible to look into adding a ranged summonable item, simular to Wardship Daggers or APW monk/disc summoned shruikens, with stats that are comparable to bows/xbows, after all we have throwing dagger skills.
  7. Tunic Of Brotherhood is Fabled (Purple) Item, It's from one of the hardest bosses in game, Karax.
    It lacks something, when you compare it to Shendu caster bp, shendu for casters is much more better. It's the ONLY raiding bp that drop for melee fighters fighters in whole game. and it's not much of an upgrade. There's like 10 of caster bps or so.
    Please consider making it a lvl 59 item instead of 58.
    Give it an Equipped Effect of 150 flat damage (since it's purple) for group. Give it also somesort of Activated Ability because these already exist in caster shendu BP.
    Make the Activated ability general damage boost or make it something good.

    It's supposed to be the ultimate bp for melee's I think, well it's not. It's only a little upgrade from Pota legendary BP.
    Currently it's just a disciple/shaman BP for DPS set.. It's not a main breastplate for main reason xcept of light fighters, and for light fighters it's just a minor upgrade.

    I know, I've looked at it too and took that thing appart, compared it to everything we have and it just fails. Either make a quest to hand it in for the melee dps version or have it drop from the same boss, another boss whatever. Just add something for melee dps and don't add it on sparkles. That's a boss, that is rogue unfriendly x100.
  9. It is disappointing and puzzling to me why casters get a force proc item and melee do not. Melee in general could benefit greatly from such a clicky as the shendu robe.

    I don't really mind about the stats that much though.
    They just need to give it Equipped Effect with 150 flat damage + some Damage clicky. Then I am content with it. Shendu robe >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Karax bp. It's stupid. Karax bp higher quality, make it better.

    don't say we need another BP, i just used all my dkp on this ^_^. They just need to give it EE + clicky, then it will be better than pota one, and a good update for melees. Perhaps it 3% more crit dmg bonus or something, take 1% from dmg, acc,crit away. it would still be perfect DPS set (aka 2nd stat) for healers even if you took 1% rating of of each, and make it crit dmg bonus. It would be even better for Melees. I don't see anyone crying over that really. It will still have plentiful of stats for healers if 1% taken away from each.

I noticed today that Starspark Red appears to not give any melee dmg rating on the character sheet, I wouldn't think much of it except that it is showing me SAR for the spell dmg portion of the buff. It seems to me that for whatever reason the melee dmg portion of the buff is not registering at all. I tested it once with the buff active and noticed no real difference in dmg from melee attacks or abilities. Hopefully this can be easily corrected.
  12. as melee we only get benefit from the starspark as a modular addition( ie ability dmg +x, ie doesnt go into the stat calculation as it does with casters)....
  13. Ok Tulkas, I see that now, so if we do an attack that is 25k it will do 25, 100? But for casters its like a 20% dmg buff? I guess they changed it to that for a reason but it seems somewhat imbalanced.

    Because, whatever gives me modular damage boost(kdq bag), or flat damage boost, shows in Attack rating, but Starspark doesn't. It's not giving anything to Attack Rating.
    Belt of the Ages, Potion of Damage, Mithril runes of Damage, KDQ backpack, Voodoo Pouch, they all add to Attack Rating, But Starspark doesn't.
    Starspark is only giving to "Ranged Rating" but not "Attack Rating", So I'm guessing it's bugged and does nothing for melees.

    ( the fix was 2yrs ago?, before this the ability was a flat 50% or 100% [cant remember atm] damage boost for 6s or some crazy nonsense like that)

    For example suppose you have a melee ability named Abilily_1, now Ability_1 does 143 damage normally, with all your gear, stats, everything say Ability_1 does 156 damage after the calculation,
    starspark adds a flat modifier to the end of that damage, ie starspark does not go into the calculation for what you hit, (so if starspark adds like 9 damage) Ability_1 would do 156+9
    say you crit and Ability_1 does 208damage you would still only get 208+9 damage

    I could be wrong has happened before, but imo starspark is essentially worthless for melee due to the fix. perhaps there is a bug though and its only being applied to ranged melee attacks

    edit: obviously the numbers above arent accurate and used for example, i honestly do not know the current state of starspark for melee, just the state of the buff when i stopped using the clickie since it wasnt worth the time to collect.

    These two essentially do the same, they have same description, yet KDQ backpack buff gives Attack Rating, (flat dmg) but starspark doesn't.
    It may be as you said, but I think it's just bugged. It should give Flat damage boost to "Melee", as it does to "Ranged"
    If what you said is true, it's the most useless thing ever, but I believe it was meant to give "flat" boost, which it doesn't atm..
    Well, not too high on my priority list but they should fix it for melees. Be it bug or accidental intent when they changed it.
  17. Light Fighters need a cloak to match Caster Imperial War Golem Cloak.. Best cloak atm for Light Fighters is Rage Filled Cloak that is random drop from KDQ/BoD
    We have a cloak dropping from Shendu already, "Cloak of Dar"
    Add -10% refresh + 75 flat dmg equipped effect to it.
    Adjust the Ratings too, If you look at caster robe it has full of critical dmg bonus/strikethrough stats, While the cloak of dar only has Damage,accuracy,crit that are capped by a long shot already.
    Give it Critical damage bonus, and strikethrough stats, and proc chance for example.

    Agreed. Seems very bogus that the Rage Filled Cloak is my best option. Loot tables on Shendu, WG, Sparkles....etc. should all be upped for melee dps cloaks and bp's at a minimum. High end Raid targets should reap the rewards, not chance. Give us a shot to earn it, instead of grind it out.
  19. Not sure if someone else mentioned this. But can rogues and bards maybe get some more variety with a ranged weapon drop? Right now the only decent one that we can get is the Arbalest off Ataraxis. Been farming this one for a year and the stupid thing won't drop. It's kind of embarassing to be in full T3 pota gear with epics and wearing the crystal crossbow or the crossbow of the wilted forest for over a year now.

    I'm not sure IF or What bows might beon Shendu, Karax or Sparkles, but it seems a little insane that the only one we can get is on a mob that has a 12 item loot table, so you might never see it drop.

    Also I believe that bard epic weapons are only drops from the chickens and possibly vault names in POTA as well. Seems like they should have some stuff that drops off the other raid mobs as well.

    as for crossbow, if you are having a hard time getting it to drop for you (my guild had a problem with the melee arms off ataraxis, only seeing 1 drop ever) you might want to try the vi'rak bow. you can aug it out decently and it looks purdy. sure it doesn't have the rune slot and you won't get as much bang for your buck with it as the crossbow, but if you aug it out right it could be a better filler than the crystal or wilted forest that you are rocking.
