Verisign not working properly

    IT'S BLANK!!! Nothing to put in. I turned off all ad blockers. Still nothing.
  2. Okay I tried updating java and flashplayer restarted the computer tried my phone and another computer and I get the same thing.[IMG]

    I deleting web history and cookies as well. I tried google chrome, firefox and IE.
  3. I'm also having the same problems. Tried the same browsers and im getting the same error. Nothings wrong with my CC either. Help!
  4. Having the same problem during resub. Tried IE, Firefox, and two different cards. Same result during all attempts. Blamk screen (refer to screenshot posted in this thread by Foomanchew).
  5. I am having the same problem. Glad i came here before trying a bunch of things. I will just wait until i see it is resolved here.

  7. Just wanted to let you guys know that I was able to resub 2 accounts using SOE game cards purchased at walmart with minimal problems over the weekend. At first the site was telling me it couldnt process the cards at this time and to call customer service, but after the third time trying I was able to activate both accounts. So might want to try to get a game card while they work out the verisign issue or whatever it is they are having.

    I don't want to advertise but just let people know.

    Took them 30 minutes to send me the key by email.
    Problem solved but SOE should really fix this ASAP

    I've send an email to SOE support 5 days ago. Still no reply...

  11. -I had the exact same issue last week. I manually installed the latest Adobe Flash Player, and it worked like a charm. Also check Java if the first option doesn't work.
