I just finished the Thestran Caravel quest line and I'm looking for where to learn the Mara figurehead. Every source I've found says I get the quest from a guy in South watch where I learned the Caia figurehead but he doesn't offer me any quest. I don't know if this has been changed and apparently neither does anyone else. I checked at the camp in Dragon's Backbone on qalia and Kai Li doesn't offer me any quests either. Does anyone have any information as to why I wouldn't be able to pick up the quest to learn a Mara Figurehead? Or where I am supposed to go for it?
I did mine back in 2007. So mostly basing this off memory. You learn the Caia figurehead as a part of doing the Thestran Caraval quest which I believe is in Konarthi Point. The Mara figurehead was taught in South Watch by a NPC Lilian Casin (from the web). The only requirement that I remember was you needed level 35 crafting for this figurehead (apart from the completion of the thestran caraval quest) The ones in Dragon's Backbone are Kojani Figureheads. Have you finished the Kojani Caravel quests (begins in Strandon Port, Qalia).
