When you die, you no longer leave a tombstone. This is pretty game breaking in a lot of areas.

I hope this was not deliberate. If it was then somebody needs a head transplant.

Please turn tombstones back on. Do use one minor thing and give us a decent semi stable server for our last six months.

Just as an FYI, it looks like double experience was accidentally turned off when this patch was implemented. However that has been fixed.

For the further bugs you guys are noting, thanks for letting us know! We're looking into it.

We do apologize that this happened. This was not deliberate. Please remember to be respectful with your posts.

Yaviey, I truly hope that this will not seem rude, as it is not my intention, but I feel that maybe a little perspective lent could assist...

Presently, the server population, as is expected, has dropped drastically. Many of us are seeing not only the game that we love dying and are aware of its imminent demise, but we are also seeing our friends departing and we are struggling to maintain our community. As much as we hope that there will just be a cooling off period where our peers will choose to step away after their initial sock and upset has eased a bit to then return, a reminder to remain calm and respectful at so many frequent turns is like the ill fated husband telling his angered wife that it would all just be better if she just calms down. Far less than what is perceived as disrespectful is truly disrespect...moreover, it is complete confusion as to how many more plagues will find us as we attempt to enjoy what we have left of a world that we love.

I'm sorry you feel that way, Aasha. However saying that one of our developers needs a head transplant is disrespectful in our opinion. Moreover it's either we remind people to be more respectful or we have to go straight into moderation. The developers are just as upset as you guys are and despite that are still trying to work as hard as they can to fix things and make a fun experience for players while the game is still running.

...Just trying to help because I know first hand how unhelpful it is to very frequently be told to calm down when upset and attempting to process something outside of my control.

I can imagine that the developers are beyond upset...we play this game, they crafted it - upset likely does little to describe how they feel, but these developers that remain know this community and have interacted with a good number of us before and they know, especially when a question is posed, the position from which it is asked.

I do see your point; but, in truth, if what is being said it that much of an insult then moderation would be expected. However, if the consensus continues at the present course then not only will there be little to no bodies inside Telon, there will not be any comments over which to concern about moderation...and that makes a great deal of us incredibly sad. I appreciate that certain financial decisions had to be made, it's against my hopes, but I haven't the funding to bail the game out so that is the path of life...but surely there is a desire to appreciate the position of the players and a hope of keeping those of us still paying for this dying product as subscribers and contributors to the bottom line for SOE for the time that we have? What happens when those of us who were considering other products begin to feel that we are being disciplined to the degree of toddlers in a daycare whenever we say something that mayn't seem to reflects all of our politeness and manners?

    Hi Dravid,

Haven't been around the last few months, but has Stiirhad been opened or something? Searched the patch notes, but found nothing, and others are still asking for it to be opened, but was curious if something is different now based on your post and screenshots. What's the story?

A couple of my guildies were working on this and not me. The mobs will still one shot you.

Basically I think the strat was something in the lines of Jump Ring, Lev, Rez, Corpsedrag, Epic Bard and Epic Sorcs x 2. It took them a good 10+ hours waiting on cooldowns.

    EDIT: Btw welcome back Schiller.

    Thanks, Dravid!

Thought I had missed something spectacular there--lol. I haven't made it back into game yet, but do plan to this weekend. Sad times.

Chunk still crashed and kicked everyone to character select when we killed War Golem and were leaving chunk.

and the levitation bug is back

My experience with lag spikes, zone crashing and being locked out of characters in crashed zones has been worse since the January 28th patch. Bad luck perhaps, or is the stability worse for most people?

    And no tombstones...

What's the word on getting all the locked zones unlocked? & God mode turned off on the NPC's of those areas? No I'm not asking for them to be reduced to level 1, but at least take their 35k hits away ;)

During raid last night - looks like mount flying speed is bugged again and going significantly slower. Two people crashed but no major complete raid to desktop or chunks going down.

Is it possible that individual crashing may be video driver related?

Check I on the uber hitting mobs and locked zones....again.

This is more for the player base than anything else - as I have had zero feedback that providing dates of the events for logs when crashes happen - is actually being looked at by anyone else.

Even with the removal of tombstones - full raid crash on Teraxes at 11%.
