    Saturday January 18th 2014

This Saturday we are meeting at 9:00pm PST in the Tursh Villiage Chunk by the starting point for Thestra characters. (The link will give you more information)

If you log on and don't know where to go, send Mortylis or Jite a tell, and one of us will help you.

We will be playing for a couple hours at least (9pm to 11pm PST) and will be leveling normal up until we get the "XP off" skill. Once we get that, we will decide if and or when we are shutting xp off so we can explore the areas we want without leveling out of them right away.

Jite and I are on level 5, so if you would like level your halfling up before Saturday that would be great, but if you can't we will get you caught up Saturday with us.

    Lastly, we have these classes.

    Mortylis - Paladin
    Jite - Cleric

    See you Saturday!

Hmmmm. I can't commit 100%, but I would kind of like to join on my bard that I haven't quite gotten around to actually starting. Still sittin there at level 1. I'll give a shout if I'm on at that time. Usually up past midnight EST on Saturdays.

That would be great ... it's pretty low key ... just having fun exploring.

If your bard is in IOD you might need to re-roll and have him start in Thestra.

Either way ... we would be happy to have you when you can make it.

I hope you can group on saturday at 9:00 too, but my play time is about 2 hours maybe a little longer.

Morty, I see you are a paladin and Jite is a cleric. Glen might join and he's a bard. I'll make a halfling character that I can play every other Saturday. I can always level it up as needed. I am going to try and make it this Saturday. Undecided on class at the moment.

This sounds like it could be a lot of fun. After checking time differences realised I could easily make it, so I rolled a necro (which I've wanted to try for a while now). See you all Saturday :)

Woo Hoo ... see you then!

That would be awesome ... and to be honest depending on where we are in on things the weeks you miss... you may not need to catch up much since we aren't racing to the top.

    I rolled a Halfling Rogue. :)

Great, so if you want to get caught up there is a lady in rindol field named mia who we did quests for, then there is a guy named guard paylan at a watchtower, which i'm not exactly sure where it is but its somewhere in the coordinates of -27 27.

Did you two start at the Thestra starting point? I am level 5 (due to the double xp) now and I am on the quests to go into Tursh Academy. They are level 3 and 4 quests. If I go to where you just mentioned Laundin and do those quests I may be level 7 or more, lol.
  13. Laundin Row Member

oh i guess thats not good im pretty sure we didn't begin at the starting point we met in rindol field so probably not.
  14. MortyMykk Active Member

Yes we will be meeting at the Thestra starting point ... which is just down the road from Rindol Field ... where the fun began originally.

Well I just did the quests in Rindol Field (all of them). I do have the quest to the watch tower now. I did the RF diplo quests while I was there just to fill out my character. Level 6 adventurer now. Don't know if brotherhoods are still borked but we could enter a brotherhood that would slow xp gain down as well.

Just a thought for down the line, do we want to do Rindol Field Faction? Leads to the Halfling Faction Ant mounts and City Faction gear later on. Not important or nor is it required to do but we could have fun with it sticking to the Halfling Racial Faction. Only drawback is gaining faction for Rindol Field is that we will become KOS (Kill on Sight) to opposing factions of the Halflings eventually.

I love the idea of getting Rindol Field faction and getting ant mounts. It would be awesome to see our whole group mounted on Ants.
Not sure I would be overly worried about KOS. It might actually prove to be more fun .. LOL.

That's what I was thinking. It adds another element to the group. :D. Especially if we are going to take it slow on the xp side. We will be able to earn more plat coins from the lower level mobs. Right now the City Faction Registrar is telling me to come back when I am a more seasoned adventurer. So maybe when we need to hit level 10 before we can pick up the necklace to wear to gain faction.
  18. Glenzig Well-Known Member

So were we starting out at level 1 or are we getting to 10 and then meeting up?
  19. Enkur Well-Known Member

Jite and Morty are level 5. I am level 6. Jite and Morty did a few of the quests in Rindol Field first because they met up there. They did not actually start at the Thestra starting area.

Ok. So if I gain a few levels before we meet that should be ok. Nice.
