  3. I listen to so many crazy types of music. So here are a few I have been listnening to,
I met the band AWOLNATION in Chicago early November at live taping. Their known song is Sail but these two I loved

I am also a techno dj and have recently fallen in love with Dubstep
    Liquid Stranger - http://youtu.be/wfPGNoWRaug
For gloomy days that i need calm chill music in the car Mumford and Sons are amazing
    Timshel - http://youtu.be/kl-VCHzS1So

There are tons more but I will keep it to these lol. I am glad this thread got revived, I needed some good music to listen to today.
  4. 1. my wife asking me questions about WoW from across the room (she was a late convert and is still hooked although I'm trying to get her away from the dark side)
    2. the kids throwing the ball to the dog (even though that's supposed to be outdoors)
    3. Oh, music- sorry, I digress- pretty much anything that qualifies as "not country/ western"- my random player will often go from (eg) Rush --> Sade --> Mozart --> Tycho --> Cake --> (old) Metallica.... mostly stuff pre-2000 (Oh well, aging myself again- now to get those darn kids off my lawn ;) )
  5. Thanks E- though I'm not sure whether the end result is to feel strong enough to go kick those crazy kids off my lawn or to feel even older because of the constant waves of waves of change- but an interesting link :)
  6. Been tidying and I dug out lots of old CD's I haven't listened to for probably 10 years. Some really good stuff in there from 60s, 70s, 80's, but the highlights were some of the 90s stuff, Nirvana Bleach, Rage Against The Machine, and a Red Hot Chili Peppers album.
  7. Lol I was thinking about him all night! Someone was talking about chasing something in the desert, and I got that song in my head, horse with no name. And then I started thinking about his other stuff.
