On one of my Gold accounts I am prompted for a zip code when clicking the buy button in the Marketplace. After entering this info (I have verified it is correct and the same as in my account info) the confirmation window appears but the Confirm Purchse button is greyed out. On my other Gold account I am not prompted for a zip code and the "Confirm Purchase" button is green and clickable. Any ideas how I can fix this?
had the same yesterday don't know if it helped to rift to another place or if it was the time that I did wait but worked a few min laters
I am having this problem too, have tried everything from relogging, rifting to leaving the window on screen for a few minutes while I went and made a drink. I don't get a prompt for a zip code or anything just a greyed out confirm purchase button. I submitted a support ticket, hoping they can fix it for me so I can purchase my caravel.
