But, is there a reason we have to be ignored in the mean time? There are still lag issues, and problems that should be addressed. Server restarts should be happening on a regular basis. If you folks want us to be able to play the game until sunset, then PLEASE make it playable. There are several chunks crashing now.

What the hell does this mean Alex, we get help after the server shuts down? I have been unable to play my main for more than a month and the only reply to my support thread was from a guildie, Trancelass. https://forums.station.sony.com/vg/index.php?threads/character-cant-log-in.71506/ I have sent PMs to you, Wigin and TLoch trying to get help. Only Wigin has been considerate enough to reply, though he said he doesn't have the tools to help. This can't be rocket surgery. A guildie had the exact same issue, something to do with a corrupted loc file, a while back and her character was restored rather quickly. I have been unable to play Billham since March 18th. I really did want to play all the way to the end but getting this kind of support after being a paying subscriber for nearly 14 years has taken the wind out of my sails. I had build that damn caravel so that Billham could sail off into the sunset. I was kind of looking forward to logging into EQ and EQII next week when the subs go "all access" and visiting all my old characters. It will likely be a short visit though as I will let my subs expire the first week of May if I can't play Billham by then. One can only think that this lack of support is part of the plan. The population is so low that SOE is probably hoping that one by one people will quit playing and they can shut the server down early.
