Account Cancelled?

    Okay, I got an email stating that my account was going to be transitioned to a different type of account (sorry I don't have the email anymore).

    I had a SOE All Access Pass, and now when I log onto Vanguard, it says I am free to play. My billing cycle hasn't even come up yet, so I feel a little jipped.

    I started a support ticket 3 days ago and I only got one email back stating it might be longer than normal for them to get back to me.

    What happened? I have been a paying SOE All Access Pass member for some time now ... this issue of being dropped to F2P makes me want to quit all together.

    Hey Morty, if this hasn't been resolved yet your best bet is to call SOE customer service. These forums get very little attention anymore. The thread below yours didn't get a reply for a month and my thread here, https://forums.station.sony.com/vg/index.php?threads/character-cant-log-in.71506/ was posted more than six weeks ago and has yet to get any attention in spite of PMs to devs and TSR-AlexS. The few of us that are left playing are being treated like the proverbial redheaded step children even though some of us are still paying subscribers. I hope you have better luck getting your issue resolved than I have. I haven't been able to play Billham since March 18th.
