I have downloaded and installed VG on my laptop yesterday. After login, I am experiencing very low FPS on all settings, Low, Balanced or High. However, a few years back I was playing on older laptop and was even able to dualbox on medium with no problems. What am I doing wrong now? And another question. I remember having more than 3 chars on my account some time ago. Is it possible that free account doesn't display other chars? From the specs you listed it looks like it should run just fine. Maybe some other techies could help you out. As for the characters, you could submit a petition and have any characters restored that might have gone missing with past mergers and what not.
Try restarting your router. Thats the first thing I always do when my fps goes bonkers.. That helped me while running 4 accounts boxing... Torrents? turn it off...
Thanks guys. Managed to increase fps to steady 30-35 on balanced settings by purchasing SSD, updating all drivers, restarting the router.
