The in-game petition system needs work. Most pressing is the fact that many players complain of a bug in opening the petition, where they're simply met with a blank stone pop up. Second, using the in-game petition system requires you to go out of game to the website so that this really isn't an "in-game" petition anymore. Other players note concern that they don't actually know how long that it will take for their petition to be heard (as other mmo's give the player a ticket for their place in the queue). We have some of the best GM's of any MMO I've ever played, and I would hate for an influx of new players to tarnish that reputation simply because the present petition system doesn't work optimally and may not accomodate a larger player base.

Chunk: Spires Keep Dungeon: Spire of Decakin NPC's/Item: Myrion the Pure Event + Teleport item Description: Even though you have done all the prerequisites to start the event, that is to kill and get 9 different shards. Now, when my group and I teleported to Myrion the Pure's tower the event didn't start as it was supposed to. - We hailed Exerege who came to help us. He tried several times, both by spawning the item that teleports you to the tower, by resetting the event and chunk. To end it off he just summoned Myrion the Pure. It needs fixing as it's a great dungeon and a great event to do. It's just rather worthless if you can't finish it.

Quest, Item, or NPC name: Shadowhound Chunk: All Description of Problem: A few weeks ago mounts suh as racial mounts and certain special mount like Unicorn and Shadowhound mounts were made instant cast. Now, the Unicorn mount was made an instant cast but Shadowhound mount still has a cast time. Is it possible to fix it and go through all mounts that are supposed to be instant cast and check if they in fact are instant casts?
Trade bug Location: Anywhere Description: When someone "accepts" a trade and has socketed augments, the socketed augments disappear till you log out and back into game. The person initiating the trade is not affected. This is a real pain for crafting, trades for things like burning rocks needed for Yerkj during a raid. I have people mail me materials instead of trading. This is a horrible time consuming bug.
Are we allowed to report graphical oddities too? If yes, then: the Kurashasa half-sleeve jacket model (e.g. Swamp "Fireweave Robe") has a hole at the elbows where you can look through the arm, and the long sleeve robes have hilariously wide (and model clipping) cuffs. Would love to see those adjusted some day... should be two clicks for your GFX guy =^.^= (actually, the whole robe model might award an overhaul.. on many races it looks like you've got a church bell hanging from your balls hidden under it...) oh.. and if I see right, then you actually fixed the two Tanvu NPCs with the blinking robes I reported a few weeks ago? Quest, Item, or NPC name: Deliveries for Haftan Chunk: All Description of Problem: You cannot parley with Bahdor Adesh at Temple of Dailuk riftway even when you have bribed the guards. This means you cannot finish the quest for the diplomacy mount and you cannot gain the upgraded version of the mount as you cannot complete Deliveries for Haftan.
Chunk: Veskal's Exchange Quest: Phase Stones Issue: After activating and removing the first phase stone, the others cannot be clicked (meaning, one can only get 1/3 at any time). Nor does 1 druidic beacon get removed from your bag.
Chunk: Lomshir Mob: Kelthor the Cruel Issue: Kelthor spawns as a mob with a "white name". You cannot attack him and hailing him won't give any dialogue. Chunk: Strand of the Ancients Mob: Bouldercrush Issue: No loot table
Since the level adjustment in Silverlake, (at least) the frogs and snakes skin to the wrong tier. They are level 21-22 now and should give Stiff Leather (T3), but they currently skin to Ratty Leather (T2 lvl 11-20).

Bug: Mobs getting stuck in their pathing and/or spawn point. Chunks: (so far) Hathor Zhi, Temple of Dailuk and River Valley. Reason needed to fix: No idea how y'all do collisions with the environment but without fear these mobs may very well be impossible to kill for casters. Additionally, when did you all decide to make global changes to the way a mob species heals to spell types? Ant lions in RV and CW all heal to spiritual. Which brings up my next bug related complaint. The dogs in ToD might heal to physical ... I can't remember ... but mob healing to spell types is something new this early in the game. Bug: Necro grafts do NOT show their spell type on the tooltip. Chunks: Global. Reason needed to fix: Main pet loses hate by healing the mob. Thanks for looking into it.

Just tried to finish this old quest: Quest,Item, or NPC name: Still Water (4) Chunk: Bordinar's Cleft Description of Problem: I have to find evidence of the creature, all I have found was a giant named snake "Eidolon", but even upon killing that creature the quest wasn't completed. No other evidence found in the water. I think, the quest should be completed once you spot the creature or come near it.
Another thing that I just remembered reading the /qalia... Chunk: Seawatch Coast - Arena Issue: All the trainers are more or less broken.. need multiple hails and a long wait time until they react. Please either fix or remove them.
Chunk: Temple of Dailuk Loc: eastern river shore Issue: There are a few quests for this area that requires you to kill lvl ~12 skeletons. However, there are a handful of lvl 25 snakes roaming between the skeleton ruins. Don't know whether that's intended or just an overlooked level adjustment, but it's seriously annoying getting ambushed by them (with an aggror range from here to Ahgram)...
