After installing new new stuff I log on ..took a lot longer than usual for world data to come up them I selected a character couldn't move or see any chat then it crashed to desk top......Im new to game and this is new to me ? Server issue or something on my end ...thanks
Did you experience that earlier today? There was a problem causing everyone to crash, which has now been solved.
Sorry to tell you Sinisna but no it hasn't been solved, the same problems are occuring again this morning. Had 3 crashes to desktop in under 15 minutes, lots of freezes/lock-ups. It always seems to be in Qalia for me, because when I changed to try my Kojani characters I didn't have anymore problems. I play on Halgar server, and several of my knimates are telling me that they are experiencing the same problems as well. I don't know if Telon is still having them or not.
Sorry to hear that I am not aware of any such problems on Telon. If you and your friends can submit a /petition describing which chunks are affected by this, hopefully the SOE staff can quickly take the necessary steps to correct the issue for you Halgar folks.
In order to get a better grasp on why you are crashing we would like to take a look at your current system specifications. If you have not already done so, please open a support ticket with us including your dxdiag and msinfo files so we can review your current specs and assist you from there.
