Hello everyone, i played a year or so after VG release but quit due to IRL issues, now im back (but transferred to Telon) Ive recruited a friend, and i have 2-3 more friends who are considering to join. Halgar is pretty much dead since long ago and theres talk about server merges, and that our char transfers are a 1 way road, which is sad, i think Vanguard is a great game and have huge potential. with the coming patches & F2P i think the pop may really grow in EU as well, but theres this one problem.. who wants to return to an empty server? and some may not want to play on a US server for many reasons. My point is that i hope there wont be a server merge and that we can maybe try to save Halgar by request. If we show some interest in this, maybe theres a chance ? I know were not allowed to make any polls etc, but just try to make ourselves heard and just maybe we can have a Halgar reunion. Id appreciate if theres any devs around to enlighten us of the possibilities of keeping Halgar running, Thanks.
when we all decided to transfer to telon the europeon population was at least 3 times the size it is now, and halgar was already a ghost world. The reason it isnt turned off or merged yet is either because of the pss1 future or due to contractual obligations soe has. stop thinking about telon as the US server, its THE server, it was called telon for a reason. There isnt much downside to playing there, ping is fine, people are fine, just put your preconceptions aside so imo, no never gona work, never gona happen. the only reason we have european guilds capable of raiding atm is due to US daytime players joining. without that it would be a dead community
