Racial Armor

Racial Armor, or Continental Armor, is obtained through a combination of Citizen's Faction (obtained through trading in city coins) and City Platinum Coins. The armor can be aquired at level 50 from the City Armor Dealer and uses Platinum coins from ANY city located on the same continent, for example, you can obtain Racial Armor from Khal by using Platinum Coin of Ahgram, but cannot obtain Khal armor by spending Platinum Coins of Martok as these two cities are located on different continents.

Once you have the required faction (same on all continents), and Level, you can then speak with a City Armor Dealer to trade in your coins to purchase a Basic Forged Armor Mold. Each armor piece (arms, chest, legs, etc) requires a different number of molds (listed in the table below). Once you have the proper number of molds, the Armor Dealer will offer a quest to trade in the molds for the armor piece. The armor piece will become a yellow armor piece with the continental name in it (such as Courageous Qalian Boots for example).

So to recap:
Faction + City Platinum Coin (10 Platinum per mold) = Basic Forged Armor Mold
THEN
XX Basic Forged Armor Mold + Quest = Continental Armor Piece
